Seriously need text formatting options for the survey questions, and/or ability to display instructional text above the question. For example, I want my clients to read a waiver, and then select YES that they agree to the waiver. I don't see any way to display the waiver besides putting it into the question, and then there are no paragraph breaks, and so it's a super long and hard to read question.
